2010 Garden

After last years success, we decided that we needed to expand our capability again, so we added a few more feet both directions. Now we are about 150 x 200. Sometimes I think that I must be completely off my rocker to do such a thing, but everyone seems to think it's a good thing.
Again we had a very bountiful harvest as we added pickling cucumbers and a crazy variety of squash and melons. We also learned a great deal about growing beans. I finally was able to raise a crop of green beans with out killing them just as they come up out of the ground.

2009 Tomatos and Peppers

We had a bountiful harvest on our tomato's and peppers. We grew several varities of tomato's and peppers, most of which went into salsa and tomato juice. As I recall we did over 130 jars of salsa and close to 100 jars of juice.
